We’re so glad that you’re interested in our wholesale program. Please read our terms and policies through carefully before placing your orders.
- Our order minimum is $100.
- Quantity minimums are 10 packs per item.
- We do not provide samples at wholesale cost but you are able to shop few items as samples at our retail front stores.
- We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept payment via PayPal, you can pay with your credit card even if you don’t have a PayPal account.
- Our order turnaround time are usually 1-2 weeks to process, plus 3-5 days in transit. Please be aware that during holidays, lead time may increase due to closing of carrier’s service.
IMPORT AND SHIPPING
- Most orders are free shipped to you from China via FedEx Express. Siliringz will deal with all the import duty and taxes. Some orders may be free shipped to you from California via UPS ground. If you prefer to use your own carried account, please specify this on your order.
- Any price or any place to sell silicone wedding rings are under your control if your order was customized without siliringz’s design and logo.
- If you order silicone wedding rings with siliringz’s design and logo, you are permitted to sell siliringz’s products on any E-commerce plate, such as your own website, Amazon or similar place, but you must sell item not less than our advising price.
- We will not concern about your selling price if you sell in a physical store.
DAMAGE OR LOSS CLAIMS
- We go to great lengths to ensure that your order arrives intact. In the very rare occasion your order is damaged or lost in transit, please report it to us with 3 business days from the date of receipt of merchandise. We will replace or re-ship the silicone wedding rings that has been reported.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
- Refused shipments and order cancellations are subject to a 50% restocking fee. You will be responsible for shipping costs incurred by Siliringz.
- We stand behind the quality of every one of our products. If you have defective product, we will replace it at no charge to you. Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to make a arrangements.
TAX RESALE CERTIFICATE
- It is necessary for you to have a Tax Resale Certificate on file in our office prior to placing your first wholesale order. If you do not currently have a certificate from your state, you have to obtain one prior to placing your order. Please e-mail your Resale Certificate to email@example.com
